6 - 9pm - BBQ and Bonfire at Sprout Creek (Jason’s home in Verbank Village)
Saturday

7 - 8am - Skills clinic and bike check in Rhinebeck

8 - 11am - Ride 1 - Rhinebeck North - 36 miles - 1,500 ft

11 - noon - Lunch

Noon - 3pm - Ride 2 - Rhinebeck South - 36 miles, 2,600 ft

OR easier self-guided afternoon ride - 22 miles - 1,000 ft

7 - 11am - Ride 3 - Harlem Valley Rail Trail - 50 miles, 718ft

noon - Picnic at Millbrook Vineyard
COST = $250pp
Included: Riding skills clinic, guided/coached warm-ups and rides, coach feedback, dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, lunch on Saturday
Not Included: Bike, breakfast, picnic lunch on Saturday and Sunday, accommodation
Accommodation Notes: There are many cottages, hotels, & B&B’s in the Hudson Valley. I have identified several options and will provide assistance with coordination if there is sufficient interest in renting a larger house that can accommodate the group (please indicate interest for this on the form).
